No, they can't be copyrighted, but I'd still appreciate it if I was credited when someone references my art this heavily. I'm not telling her to take it down, because I honestly don't mind it when people reference my art (though why anyone ever would is beyond me lol, I don't know shit about anatomy, I'm the last person you should reference) but credit is always nice.

If she livestreamed this, I missed it so I can't tell if she even used yours as a reference other than image close ups. Even that may be coincidental. So I'm not entirely sure if they even referenced your work.

Eh, you're in the same ring of artists that Latte is. But there are a lot of poses like that. I'm not saying she didn't copy from you. I'm also saying that she didn't copy the pose.

Yes, it is a very generic pose, but for me it is way too similar to brush it off as coincidence. I'm not mad that my art's been referenced or anything, I'd just appreciate it if she gave me credit. But if she doesn't, welp, I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it.
